I Can Sing A Rainbow

Ok so I can't really sing a rainbow because I can't sing in tune to save my life but I can dress with colour! Sometimes outfits just pop into my head I've been thinking about this handmade lace top for a couple of days and when I saw this skirt (previously a skort) peeking out of my wardrobe I had to pair them up. I love black and white but everything looks better with colour so I went with "more is more." I've had this skirt/skort since I was about 12. I bought it from an op shop down south even though it was way too big. It still is too big today I need to adjust the elastic waist.

Peachy Keen

While I was sleeping in on Sunday my Mum was off treasure hunting and she came home with this sweet number. I'm pretty in love with the colour. It's so adorable and perfect for the unusually warm days we are currently having.

Greener Pastures

I chose my socks as my inspiration for today's outfit! I couldn't resist these cute owl socks, if anyone has any tips to stop them rolling down please let me know. This is another one of the handmade frocks I found at the tip. The lady definitely had a thing for polka dots and I sure am grateful.

Sweet Silk

I spent a little more then I normally like to on this gorgeous vintage frock but I couldn't resist with it being pure silk! I really like the floral design too. Sometimes I struggle to age frocks what would you say late 60's early 70's?

Thanks to a bloggy friend I've decided to make some life changes. I'm applying to study Education Support. Hopefully I will get that under way soon. Change is good!!

Plum Delight

Ok so I have officially stopped online shopping for tights now promise! My latest purchases arrived today, I only bought them on Wednesday! So of course I had to model these plum ones straight away. This frock is handmade, my guess is 80's. I wasn't 100% sold on it but it has great colours in it so I gave it ago and I love it.

Bad To The Bone

I knew I had to centre my outfit around these awesome tights when  I received them in the mail yesterday! My tights addiction is out of control. I now have to store them in a suitcase! I also received my Barry M lipsticks this one is pill box red! For some reason this frock is showing up slightly orange but it's really a vibrant red.
